LiPODissolve

Lipodissolve is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction for removing localized fat deposits.

The Science

The main ingredient in Lipodissolve is phosphatidylcholine (PPC), a natural product found in the body. Its primary role is to emulsify and break down fat and cholesterol, which are then removed by the liver, kidneys, and bowels.

The PPC used in Lipodissolve is derived from soybeans. It has been used for reducing fat deposits for about 10 years and in medical settings to dissolve cholesterol plaques in heart disease and fat embolisms.

Lipodissolve is NOT suitable for individuals who meet one or more of these criteria:

Common Expected Side Effects

Uncommon Side Effects:

The areas to be treated are marked out, and the skin is cleansed with an antiseptic agent. The treatment is administered approximately 2cm apart with a fine acupuncture needle.

Pre-Procedure Care:

Wear loose and dark clothing. Ensure you have something to eat before the procedure.

Avoid aspirin, anti-inflammatory tablets, garlic, ginger, gingko, vitamin E, and fish oil for 5-7 days before the procedure, as these can increase the severity of bruising.

Post-Procedure Care:

Do not use any cosmetic products or creams on the treated areas for 3-4 days. After this period, regular massage is recommended on the treated areas and you may re-commence your normal skin care routine.

Benefits

Non-surgical option for body sculpting.

Long term after recommended course of treatments.
