Essential Skincare Steps and Ingredients
- Sunscreen and Moisturizer: Sunscreen and moisturizer are the two most effective anti-aging products you can buy. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 (or higher) and water resistance daily. An anti-aging moisturizer helps to minimize fine lines by trapping water in the skin, making it appear more youthful.
- Antioxidants: Incorporate antioxidants like Vitamin C and E in your morning routine. These ingredients help protect the skin from free radical damage, improve collagen production, and reduce the appearance of dark spots.
- Retinoids: Retinoids, such as retinol, are essential for reducing fine lines, improving skin texture, and preventing future wrinkles. Apply retinoids at night as they work best during the skin’s repair cycle.
