Rewards Points Program
Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

These terms and conditions govern the use of The Marr Clinic Rewards Points Program (“Program”) as at 09 November 2024. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

The Program allows eligible members (“Members”) to earn points (“Points”) based on their purchases and activities with The Marr Clinic, which can then be redeemed for specific services offered by The Marr Clinic, as outlined below. 

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old and use the treatment service offered by The Marr Clinic. 
  • The Program is only available to individuals residing in [list countries or regions, if applicable]. 
  • Membership is non-transferable and is limited to one account per individual. 

3. Earning Rewards Points

  • Members earn Points on qualifying purchases made directly with The Marr Clinic. 
  • Points are earned based on [insert earning criteria, such as 1 point per $1 spent, promotional offers, etc.]. 
  • Points will be credited to your account within [number of days] days of the qualifying purchase or activity. 
  • Points may be earned through other promotions or activities, as announced by The Marr Clinic from time to time. 

4. Limitations on Points Earning

  • Points are only awarded on purchases of eligible products and services as specified by The Marr Clinic. The purchase of gift cards, taxes, and certain fees do not qualify for earning Points. 
  • Points are not earned on purchases made using redeemed points or discounts. 
  • Points are subject to forfeiture if fraudulent activity is detected or if the terms of the Program are violated. 

5. Redeeming Rewards Points

  • Points can only be redeemed for dermal therapy treatments and exclude all injectable products and some laser treatments you can find a list of the included services and products at www.themarrclinic.com.au/skintreatments  
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or any other products/services not listed above. 
  • The redemption rate is 1000 Points = $100 off one of the included services]. 
  • Points cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions. 
  • Redemptions are subject to availability, and The Marr Clinic reserves the right to modify or limit the services available for redemption at any time without prior notice. 

6. Expiration of Points

  • Points will expire 6 months after they are earned if not redeemed. 
  • The Marr Clinic is not obligated to provide any notice of expiration, and it is the Member’s responsibility to monitor their Points balance and expiration dates. 

7. Account Suspension and Termination

  • The Marr Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member’s participation in the Program if fraudulent activity is suspected, if the Member breaches these Terms and Conditions, or if the Program is misused. 
  • Upon termination of the Program or termination of a Member’s account, any unused Points will be forfeited. 

8. Modifications to the Program

  • The Marr Clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, including but not limited to the services eligible for redemption, the earning rates, and the expiration of Points. 
  • Members will be notified of significant changes to the Program via email or by posting the changes on The Marr Clinic website. 

9. Limitations of Liability

  • The Marr Clinic is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Points, or for any unauthorized access to a member’s account. 
  • In no event will The Marr Clinic be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Program. 

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian Consumer Law.
