Cancellation Policy

At the Marr Clinic, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all our clients, we have outlined our cancellation policy as follows:

 

1) Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask clients to provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe help us accommodate other clients.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $100 cancellation fee.

 

2) No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no-show,” and the full service cost may be charged.

 

3) Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows unless in cases of extenuating circumstances. Examples include serious illness, family emergencies, or unavoidable travel delays. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a resolution will be provided based on the circumstances.

 

4) Extenuating Circumstances

In the event of extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the most suitable arrangement, which may include rescheduling without penalty or offering a partial refund.
